Your personal information stays safe! We use it to process orders and occasionally share photos of products for marketing or social media. If you’d prefer your order not be featured, just let us know. You can also contact us anytime to update or remove your design samples.
Our usual turnaround time is around five business days per order, unless otherwise noted. Each item is carefully processed by hand, but we’re often able to prepare rush orders for shipping within 48 hours. If you’re interested in a rush order, please send us a message before placing your order so we can make the arrangements.
UPS and FedEx often charge more for the same level of delivery service. If you’d like your package shipped through a different carrier or upgraded to a faster shipping option, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can calculate the correct shipping cost.
Every item in our shop is lovingly handmade by me in my studio, crafted with care and attention to detail. From start to finish, I personally oversee each step of the process to ensure that every piece is unique and made to be cherished.
